1. הסכמה לתנאים
1.1 באמצעות גישה לאתר nataliemilo.com ("האתר") או שימוש בו, אתה/את מסכים/ה במפורש לתנאי השימוש הבאים.
1.2 אם אינך מסכים/ה לתנאים אלה, אנא הימנע/י משימוש באתר.
2. שינויים בתנאים
2.1 אנו שומרים את הזכות לשנות או לעדכן תנאים אלה בכל עת, ללא הודעה מוקדמת.
2.2 שינויים ייכנסו לתוקף מיד עם פרסומם באתר.

3.1 האתר מיועד לשימוש אישי ולא מסחרי בלבד.

4. חשבונות משתמשים
4.1 ייתכן שתידרש/י ליצור חשבון כדי לגשת לחלק מהשירותים.
4.2 האחריות לשמירת סודיות פרטי החשבון (שם משתמש וסיסמה) היא עליך.
4.3 יש לעדכן את פרטי החשבון כדי לשמור על דיוקם.
4.4 אנו רשאים להשעות או לסגור חשבון לפי שיקול דעתנו.
5. רכישות ותשלומים
5.1 כל הרכישות כפופות למדיניות המחירים והמשלוחים באתר.
5.2 המחירים מוצגים במטבע המקומי וכוללים מע״מ אלא אם צוין אחרת.

6. החזרות וביטולים
6.1 ניתן לבטל הזמנות בהתאם למדיניות הביטולים המפורטת באתר.
6.2 החזרות והחלפות כפופות למדיניות ההחזרות באתר.

7.1 איסוף ושימוש במידע אישי נעשה בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות שלנו, המהווה חלק בלתי נפרד מתנאים אלה.

8. דיוור ורשימות תפוצה
8.1 בהרשמה לרשימות התפוצה אתה/את מסכים/ה לקבל הודעות ודיוור שיווקי (דוא"ל ו/או SMS).
8.2 ניתן להסיר את עצמך בכל עת באמצעות הקישורים בהודעות.
9. קניין רוחני
כל התכנים באתר – טקסטים, גרפיקה, לוגואים, תמונות, סרטונים, סימנים ושמות מסחריים – הם רכושה של נטלי מילוא או בעלי רישיון שלה, ואין להשתמש בהם ללא אישור בכתב.

האתר והשירותים ניתנים "כמות שהם" וללא אחריות מכל סוג. איננו אחראים לנזקים ישירים או עקיפים הנובעים מהשימוש באתר.
11. שיפוי
את/ה מתחייב/ת לשפות את נטלי מילוא, עובדיה וסוכניה בגין כל תביעה או הוצאה הנובעת מהפרת תנאים אלה.
12. קישורים חיצוניים
האתר עשוי להכיל קישורים לאתרים חיצוניים שאינם בשליטתנו. איננו אחראים לתכניהם.
13. כוח עליון
לא נהיה אחראים לאי-ביצוע התחייבויות עקב אירועים מעבר לשליטתנו.
14. הפרדה
אם סעיף מתנאים אלה יימצא בלתי חוקי או בלתי ניתן לאכיפה, יתר הסעיפים יישארו בתוקף.
